A Multipolar World?: “Full Spectrum Superiority”, The Deep State and Global Financial Control

Richard C. Cook Global Research May 2017 First published by Global Research in May 2017 Various sources have accused the U.S. of trying to enforce the model of a unitary world where it alone dictates to all other nations. The following essay develops the idea that seeing the world as multipolar instead is much more in consonance with reality.   Ability to tolerate the diversity implied by a multipolar world should be seen as a sign not of weakness but of maturity. Such maturity is urgently needed in today’s world, where humanity is sliding down a slippery slope to oblivion. This maturity can only be found if we stay rooted in our spiritual center. While the argument is a philosophical one, it has life or death application to today’s geopolitical conflicts. Nothing could be more dangerous than the growing threats and conflicts among nuclear-armed powers that have lost the ability for self-examination and mutual respect. It’s as though we are seein...

Oxford Propaganda Front Attacks Veterans Today, the NeoCon Witch Hunt Begins

Gordon Duff New Eastern Outlook 21 October 2017 A “hit piece” based on an “Oxford Study” on an obscure publication known as Veterans Today, was recently covered in America’s right-wing press. The publication, certainly obscure in all but military and intelligence circles was accused of being funded and run by Russia to influence America’s top generals and soften US policy in Syria and promote military cooperation with Russia. What is not asked is who funded this “investigation?” A cursory examination quickly found that Google Jigsaw, the “regime change” arm of Google Corporation, a paramilitary defense group operating across the Middle East and Africa, backed the Oxford study. Curiously, Veterans Today had “outed” Google Jigsaw or its precursor, “Google Idea Groups” as supplying weapons, intelligence and propaganda services to the terror groups ISIS and al Nusra/al Qaeda on behalf of clients in Israeli and Saudi intelligence. One of Veterans Today’s informa...

The History of the CIA

Dr. P Wilkinson Global Research 21 October 2017 First published by Global Research on January 5, 2017 When I began reading the work of Douglas Valentine about six years ago, I had not read his books, only the articles that the US online journal Counterpunch had published. In fact I only began reading Counterpunch because of the accident of having been introduced to the two original editors of what was then only a printed newsletter. Later I was even able to publish a few pieces in that journal before its more famous founding editor’s demise. Why do I preface a book review with such personal observations? To that question I will return later. After reading numerous articles I went to Douglas Valentine’s website and as I frequently do—even today—I asked him questions about things he had written. This began a conversation that has continued. Of course I could not hope to conduct a serious conversation with someone about their ideas without having read what t...

Soros, Go Away

Valery Kulikov New Eastern Outlook 18 October 2017 Undisputedly, American NGOs have fallen from grace across Europe in recent years. Such states as Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic have been pretty vocal in criticizing American non-governmental organizations operating within their respective territories. Even Poland that has been regarded as the most loyal pro-Washington satellite state in Eastern Europe is no exception. So the days are harsh for those who promote globalization and American-style democracy in Europe these days. Among those who came under fire we can find George Soros who’s name has been explicitly mentioned in recent decades in connection with all sorts of mass protest movements, staging of coup d’etats and the participation of his NGOs in various “revolutionary movements” across the world. A billionaire who prefers to be called a philanthropist is not just eager to redraw the map of the world, but is also eager to reorganize all sorts of f...

Deplorable US Public Ignorance, Attributable to Media Disinformation

Stephan Lendman Global Research 18 October 2017 VISIT MY NEW WEB SITE:  stephenlendman.org   ( Home – Stephen Lendman ).  Contact at  lendmanstephen@sbcglobal.net . Americans are the most over-entertained, uninformed people on the planet – despite 84% of households having a computer, 73% with broadband Internet access, according to Pew Research.    Instead of relying on credible information sources easily available online, too many Americans apparently follow mainstream television – providing disinformation, Big Lies and fake news, masquerading as the real thing. A mid-September  Gallup poll  showed 58% of US adults surveyed favor military action against North Korea if (nonexistent) diplomacy fails. Support varied by party affiliation – 82% of Republicans favoring war, 56% of independents, only 37% of (undemocratic) Democrats. A new   Quinnipiac University poll  showed 46% of Republicans s...
