In recent weeks, there has been multiple "terrorist attacks" carried out throughout Europe, most notably in Nice a few weeks ago. And as a result of these terrorist attacks, there has been a backlash against Muslims. But what should be noted is that around one-third of the victims in the attacks in Nice were Muslims. And at around the same time, there was a terrorist attack that killed at least 80 people, but was not mentioned (in fact, there was more attention on the controversy between Kayne West and Taylor Swift than this attack).
The tragedy has resulted in the building of a police state, and a permanent state of emergency (http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-nice-terror-attack-towards-a-permanent-state-of-emergency/5536046) as people call for increase powers, which is what the globalists we are fighting against want. The globalists feeds on our fears, so what happens when the people deny the globalists food (i.e. our fears)?
And politicians and media personalities (including Sonia Kruger, one of the hosts of the Nine Network's Today Extra) around the world are calling to ban immigration from Muslim countries on fears of terrorism. And in fact, Australian far-right wing firebrand Pauline Hanson is calling for a Royal Commission into Islam. But what should be stressed is that the real reason why there is much hatred against Muslims in the West is because 60% of the world's crude oil are in Muslim countries (http://www.globalresearch.ca/why-is-a-hate-campaign-being-waged-against-muslims/5494852). Imagine if these countries were Buddhist? Or Hindu? Then there would be a backlash against Buddhism or Hinduism by the media and politicians.
As mentioned in an earlier editorial, politicians and the media needs scapegoats to deflect attention away from cuts to essential services, trainee ships and apprenticeships, and more often than not, the scapegoats are the poor and marginalized. And sadly, Muslims are the current flavour of the month when it comes to scapegoats, especially around the world where governments are cutting funding to social security, healthcare, education, utilities and infrastructure (and privatising these essential services).
And one country that is actively supporting terrorism (despite claiming that it is a victim of terrorism) is Israel (http://www.globalresearch.ca/how-israel-benefits-from-living-with-terror/5538268), which terrorises Palestine as well as supporters of the Boycott Divestment Sanctions campaign (which Ne News supports). On Ne News Radio earlier this year, it was reported that Israel is plotting to assassinate supporters of BDS.
The chances of dying in a terrorist attack is quite low (and according to Europol and other credible sources, the chances of dying in a terrorist attack at the hands of a Muslim is in fact very remote, less than one percent), and governments and their cheerleaders in the mainstream media knows it. That is why whenever there is a false-flag terrorist attack, question it.
