EDITORIAL: Where's Trump's Criticism of Israel

Ne News
20 August 2016

Earlier this week, Republican nominee for the role of US Presidency Donald Trump accused current US President Barack Obama of lying about giving Iran US$400 million. It has been alleged by Washington that Tehran has a nuclear weapons programme. But it is worth noting that Tehran, despite having a peaceful nuclear power programme - and a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty in regards to nuclear weapons - Tehran does not have a nuclear weapons programme, and neither did Saddam Hussein when he was President of Iraq. And neither did Gaffadi when he was President of Libya.

But, despite condemning Obama in regards to Iran, Trump has never criticised Israel's nuclear weapons programme; and many politicians in Washington has stated that Israel has a right to protect itself, even though none of its neighbours has nuclear weapons; thereby legitimating Israel's nuclear weapons programme, which is funded largely by US taxpayers through CIA front USAID. And did you know that Israel gets more aid from Washington than Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean COMBINED? And this is despite Israel being the richest country in the Middle East (http://www.globalresearch.ca/ten-facts-everyone-needs-to-know-about-israel/5503122). And unlike every other country that gets aid from Washington, Israel gets it in just one hit, while other countries get it in installments. And Israel spends the aid money on nuclear weapons as well as other Weapons of Mass Destruction. And the people of the United States are focused on Kim Kardashian.

Of course, it should be noted that prior to becoming the Republican nominee for the US Presidency, Trump attended a meeting of the leading Israel lobby the AIPAC to pledge his support for Israel. It is worth noting that to be even considered for being the presidential nominee in the United States, you must attend AIPAC. The only one who didn't go was Bernie Sanders, and he didn't get the nominee for the Democrats. Hillary Clinton went, and so did Trump and several other Republican contenders.

And despite Israel aiding and supporting Daesh, Trump wants to ban Muslims from entering the United States, even though there are only 60-100 thousand members of Daesh, representing 0.00625% of the worldwide Muslim population, as shown in the diagram below. And it is also worthn noting that the majority of the members of Daesh know little (if any) about Islam (http://www.globalresearch.ca/religion-of-terror-leaked-isis-documents-reveal-that-70-of-recruits-dont-even-know-what-islam-is/5541260)

As highlighted several times on Ne News, the only reason why there is so much hatred against Muslims in the West (and this is supported by politicians such as Donald Trump in the United States and Pauline Hanson in Australia) is because 60% of the world's crude oil reserves are in Muslim countries (http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-demonization-of-muslims-and-the-battle-for-oil/4347). But any criticism of Israel is considered to be "anti-Semitic" (http://www.globalresearch.ca/is-it-anti-semitic-to-criticize-and-boycott-israel/5536920), and is therefore off-limits.

In the future, when the mainstream media and politicians talks about Iran's alleged nuclear weapons programme (which doesn't exist), ask yourself about Israel's secret nuclear weapons programme, which is largely funded by US taxpayers.

The French “Patriot Act”: Why is France Extending Its State of Emergency? From Pseudo-Democracy to Dictatorship

Guillaume Kress Global Research 19 February 2016 President Francois Hollande, whose legitimacy stems from nothing but a fraudulent multiparty electoral system , has repeatedly abused his authority  since taking office in 2012 by waging illegal wars in foreign countries (i.e., Mali, Syria) without consulting his electors. [1] He  recently failed to confer with them when his Socialist government responded to last year’s terrorist attacks in Paris by adopting Orwellian domestic policies – policies that have allowed the Hollande administration to spy on citizens , block websites containing “terrorist related content” , strip convicted “terrorists” of French citizenship , and criminalize activism against Israeli occupation .[2] These policies prevent the spread of information which may expose the government’s criminal activities. We should note, here, that the state of emergency greatly facilitates political corruption. [3] To put it briefly, the state of...

EDITORIAL: Be Careful Italy

Ne News 2 June 2018 As you may be aware, there was a constitutional crisis in Italy following the decision to make a Eurosceptic Italian Finance Minister, which resulted in the Italian President to dissolve the government. Just a couple of days ago, this was resolved. However, it is worth noting that one of the parties in this coalition is the far-right wing Northern League, as well as the Five Star Movement. However, the people of Italy must be careful, especially in regards to the Northern League, as they may be the party to destroy Italy’s sovereignty and hand it over to the unelected and unaccountable European Union, which is increasingly becoming a fascist police state. That’s right, despite denying it and claiming that they are Eurosceptics, the Northern League may actually be the most pro-European Union party in the Italian Government. Throughout the world (and in particular the Western World), we are seeing the rise of far-right wing parties who claim ...

Big Pharma: An Example of the Best ‘Democracy’ Money Can Buy

Monica Cruz Liberation News 23 May 2018 The U.S. government constantly vilifies Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, and other governments it opposes, claiming that they are not democracies. Republicans and Democrats alike warn of “oppressive regimes” while telling us that the U.S. is a true democracy, and everyone here has a say through voting. But a closer look reveals that the deciding factor in U.S. “democracy” is not the vote at all, but the dollar bill. Policies are made and unmade not because of the number of votes they get, but because corporations spend hundreds of millions of dollars on ‘lobbying,’ and other ways of paying off law makers to pass the laws they want. Take the pharmaceutical industry. Virtually everyone takes medication at one time or another, and access to medicine can mean life or death. Many people cannot afford medication. In a recent poll, the Kaiser Family Foundation found that 80 percent of people in the U.S.  believe drug c...
