Take the quote from the beginning of this editorial from the 2000 episode of Futurama (entitled "War Is the H-Word") in which Earth declares war on the Spheroids, in which DOOP commander Zapp Brannigan states that they (the Earthicans) know nothing about their language, their history or what they look like (http://www.globalresearch.ca/north-korea-versus-the-united-states-who-are-the-demons/28342). The same could be said about the North Koreans, inn which we know almost nothing about but what the mainstream media says, which may not necessarily be true. And in recent times, US President Donald Trump has banned Americans from visiting North Korea from 1 September 2017 (http://www.globalresearch.ca/sanctions-and-threats-against-north-korea-all-options-are-on-the-table/5602538). It is almost certain that the real reason why Americans won't be allowed to visit North Korea is because if Americans are allowed to visit North Korea, then they (the Americans) would discover that the North Koreans have nothing against the American people, and that people-to-people contact between the United States of America and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea would mean a greater chance of peace between the two countries. That is the one thing that the United States of America doesn't want.
In the 1948 dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell, the people of Airstrip One are not allowed to leave Airstrip One, and are not allowed to learn about the world outside Airstrip One. The reason for that is because if people leave Airstrip One for either "Eurasia" or "Eastasia" (which may or may not exist), then the people of Airstrip One will discover that they (the people of the other superstates) have the same dreams and goals. This is the same in regards to the ban by the United States of America from visiting North Korea. The Americans would discover that people-to-people contact will help both countries.
The mainstream media often talks about North Korea wanting war and the United States of America wanting peace. The reality is that it is North Korea that wants peace and it is in fact it is the United States of America that wants war. And the mainstream media didn't report that a couple of weeks ago, there was a UN conference in which 122 countries voted to ban nuclear weapons, which was boycotted by all countries that have nuclear weapons, except one which was North Korea, and North Korea voted "Yes" to banning nuclear weapons (http://www.globalresearch.ca/122-nations-create-treaty-to-ban-nuclear-weapons/5598230). For the record, there was 124 countries in attendance at the conference in which the Netherlands voted "No" and Singapore abstained. The United States of America was among those who boycotted the conference.
Go back to the question in the first paragraph, in which it is asked whether we should believe everything that US President Donald Trump and the mainstream media throughout the world? Remember The Boy Who Cried Wolf? In this story, a boy would always yell out "Wolf" and people would run, and then the boy laughed. But when there was a wolf, no one would believe the boy. Remember when Washington went to war against Iraq in 2003 on the allegation that Saddam Hussein had chemical weapons (and claims by Tony Blair that Iraq could fire a nuclear weapon within 45 minutes)? Well, in the end, Iraq didn't have nuclear weapons, nor did it have any Weapons of Mass Destruction (which was the pretext used for war). It can therefore be argued that we are being lied to again, and this time it is North Korea that has nuclear weapons that are aimed at Guam.
It is worth noting that none of the alleged ICBMs that were "launched" by North Korea succeeded in going beyond the East Sea between the Korean Peninsula and Japan. And yet, the United States of America has been testing ICBMs without even a blink from the mainstream media. In fact, the United States of America has OVER 5 000 MISSILES (http://www.globalresearch.ca/video-the-threat-of-nuclear-war-north-korea-vs-the-united-states-michel-chossudovsky/5603707). According to ArmsControl.org, the United States of America possesses 5 113 nuclear warheads, which includes tactical, strategic and non-deployed weapons (http://www.armscontrol.org/sites/all/themes/armscontrol/images/fav.ico); and according to the latest official New START declaration, out of these 5 113 nuclear warheads, the United States of America deploys 1 654 strategic nuclear warheads on 792 deployed ICBMs, SLBMs, and strategic bombers. In addition, according to The Federation of American Scientists the U.S. possesses 500 tactical nuclear warheads.
So, it can be argued that the United States of America are hypocrites in which the regime in Washington would go to war with Pyongyang over alleged "ICBMs" and alleged program to put a small nuclear warhead on one of their ICBMs, yet the United States has over 5 000 nuclear warheads, and not a wimpier from the mainstream media on this issue.
And in addition, the politicians who vote for war against North Korea won't be the ones who will be making the sacrifice in an eventual war. Their children won't be the ones who will be making the supreme sacrifice. It will be ordinary people who will be doing the fighting just for Donald Trump's ego. And this will be the same worldwide, in which the ordinary people will be fighting instead of the children of those who vote for it. So if the politicians vote for war, then they should be the first to sacrifice their children in war and not the ordinary people.
If you want actual news on North Korea, don't just rely on the mainstream media. Check out sites such as Global Research (www.globalresearch.ca), Strategic Culture Foundation (www.strategic-culture.org) or New Eastern Outlook (www.journal-neo.org) for the news about North Korea and not just rely on the mainstream media, which is hand-in-hand with the military-industrial complex.
And question everything.

Fry: Uh, just so we'll know - who's the enemy? As this editorial is being written, there is talk that war could break out over the alleged nuclear weapon's program by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, otherwise known as North Korea. There is even fears that they could target the US Pacific Ocean territory of Guam, which is alleged is only 14 minutes away from North Korea (in this regard, it will take a Intercontinental Ballistic Missile or ICBM 14 minutes to get from North Korea to Guam). But should we believe everything that US President Donald Trump and the mainstream media throughout the world?
Zapp Brannigan: A valid question! We know nothing about their language, their history or what they look like. But we can assume this: they stand for everything we don't stand for. Also they told me you guys look like dorks!
